This is our premium offering and will give you access to the broadest possible pool of candidates. We proactively headhunt from competitor firms and identify the most skilled individuals in the market - reporting back to you with data analytics at each stage. We professionally approach, screen & qualify candidates, using a proven competency-based interviewing methodology. Retained searches are always 'prioritised' and we will fill your vacancy within a pre-agreed timeframe.

CONTINGENCY

Contingency is the most traditional form of recruitment for employers wanting to hire permanent, or FTC (fixed term contract) employees. This is a free service, and a fee is only due upon successful placement of a candidate.

TEMP / CONTRACTOR

Our Temp option is reserved for clients who wish to employ candidates on a daily rate, for a limited period of time. Our partner company will coordinate with your finance team & contractor - managing timesheets and payment administration, allowing for a seamless and manageable online process for both client and candidate alike. Clients may wish for contractors to achieve permanent employment status after the time period has lapsed - this is called Temp to Perm.
