Dalton Buck offers both standard contingency recruitment (permanent & contract), as well as executive search services. Having 15+ years of proven success recruiting across Real Estate and PropTech, Dalton Buck believes that the onus of a good recruitment company is having the ability to source candidates ‘intelligently’.
We like to stay ahead of the game by using the latest Boolean search capabilities, implementing professional headhunting techniques, having access to the latest tech platforms for candidate information tracking (which you cannot do from the traditional social media sites); and having several generalist job board platforms at our disposal.

retained search
Our retained search process will give you access to the broadest possible pool of candidates matching your job criteria. We target competitor companies and investigate organisational structures, proactively identifying the most appropriately skilled individuals. We then professionally approach and qualify them directly, using a proven competency-based interviewing methodology. We are passionate about sourcing candidates who can make a positive impact on our clients businesses.
contingency recruitment
Contingency is the traditional form of recruitment for employers wanting to hire permanent employees. A fee is only due on successful placement of a candidate. We can also assist with fixed term contract (FTC) vacancies.
temp recruitment
Our temp option is reserved for clients who wish to employ candidates on a daily rate, for a certain period of time. Our partner company (who specialise in dealing with timesheets and payment administration), will manage this on our behalf, allowing for a seamless and manageable online process for both client and candidate.
Clients may wish for temporary employees to achieve permanent employment status after the time period has lapsed (this is called temp to perm). We can also assist with part time roles.

George has a degree in Business and over fifteen years of experience working in the UK and Middle East, for both a publicly listed recruitment company and an executive search firm. He has recruited across a broad range of industry sectors worldwide, placing executives to entry level staff. He is highly passionate about developing relationships, sourcing talent – and seeing the positive impact that his placements have within client organisations.
George established Dalton Buck in 2012.
Max joined Dalton Buck in 2019. He went to Oundle School and has an RICS Accredited degree from Oxford Brookes in Planning & Property Development. He has always had a passion for property, in addition to sport and country pursuits.
