Times are changing, and as the world becomes more technologically savvy and connected, the recruitment process too is evolving.
Having 20+ years of proven success recruiting across Real Estate and PropTech, Dalton Buck believes that the onus of a good recruitment company is having the ability to source candidates ‘intelligently’.
We like to stay ahead of the game by using the latest Boolean search capabilities, implementing professional headhunting techniques, having access to the latest tech platforms for candidate information tracking (which you cannot do from the traditional social media sites); and having several generalist job board platforms at our disposal.
In short, our aim is to cast the net as wide as possible, to find a selection of ‘top tier’ candidates, that best match the search criteria provided by our clients.
Listening and understanding is also a key part of recruitment, as well as asking ‘the right questions’ – which allows us to search most effectively on your behalf. We target ‘active’ as well as ‘passive’ candidates (who aren’t necessarily looking for a job) and we only submit candidates who are qualified, fully-motivated and bought into the job opportunity and company.
