An Account Manager in PropTech (Property Technology) is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring they get maximum value from the company’s PropTech solutions. Account Executives tend to be less client facing – primarily focusing on acquiring new clients, whilst an Account Manager is more involved in client retention, upselling, and customer success. Account Managers are usually responsible for a territory / geographical area – e.g. London / South East / South West / Midlands / North. Smaller firms often have a National remit.
